Bachman-Turner Overdrive San Antonio Concert reviews
Everyone Should Go Once!
Finally, after 35 years of missing so many opportunities to see this show, I booked tickets for my girlfriend and me. It was a great chance to get to NYC at Christmastime and see the show. The show, while clearly geared more toward children, is entertaining for all ages. It has singing, dancing (obviously), tells a few stories, moves at a good pace, and has something for everyone, including visits from Santa throughout the show. My only two minor criticisms are that the venue is warm, which can make the late show (10pm) challenging not to nod off. Maybe you could bump the heat down a tad, given that everyone in December is going to be arriving in a winter coat. Also, this is a large venue and they need to funnel an awful lot of people through the doors and through the security screening. Get there very early as they start on time! We ended up in a large queue that looped way down the side street, and by the time we got inside, the show had already started, and we missed the opening act.
